From a proud working class family, Jason Patchett joined the Royal Navy becoming a marine engineer veteran with over twenty years’ active duty. After the Service he transferred to the Oil and Gas industry leading mechanical engineering projects for some of the world’s largest companies.

Jason stood as the Reform UK candidate in the 2024 General Election and is Chairman of the North Norfolk branch.

His lifetime experience uniquely qualifies him to lead and provide solutions to crippling energy bills, coastal erosion and balancing the County’s books.

Hailing originally from Walsall, Gary Hughes and his family have lived in North Norfolk for a decade.

Gary’s original IT career spanned over 20 years working in the private sector, culminating in four years consulting in the USA. After returning to the UK, a second career followed including three years as a West Midlands Police Officer and various security and investigative roles in both the public and private sectors across the UK.

Gary Hughes is Deputy Chairman of the branch, responsible for mobilising members and volunteers across the constituency. His passions outside of politics centre around music and sports.

Born in North Norfolk, June Collingwood has been a leader in both the equestrian and charity sectors.
Horses have been a lifelong passion, culminating in representing the GB show-jumping team. She founded and ran her own equestrian business for nearly two decades, later moving to fundraising and marketing roles – first with Marie Curie in Norfolk, then Breast Cancer Now in London, managing projects nationwide.

June gained her political experience working on James Wild’s 2017 General Election campaign and Duncan Baker’s in 2019. Disillusionment with the Conservative party led her to step back until Reform UK became the sole voice of common sense.

June was Campaign Manager to Jason Patchett’s 2024 GE run and leads campaign strategy for the branch.

In 1986, DeeDee Lomax relocated to Norfolk as the first female sales manager at Wimpey Homes. There, she established the Norwich office and spearheaded expansion across the county, delivering affordable homes for families of all ages and incomes.

In the last thirty years, DeeDee and her family have built a thriving tourist and hospitality business, including Felbrigg Lodge. She understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities for North Norfolk’s largest industry and employer.

Frustrated by successive governments’ broken promises, and ever-increasing economic pressures jeopardising the life blood of North Norfolk industries, DeeDee joined Reform UK as Treasurer and is an active contributor to local economic policy.

Lynda Thompson has lived in Norfolk for more than 20 years. Her first career was in the City, brokering Insurance and running claims management for many of the UK’s largest household names.

After London she and her husband became local entrepreneurs running a successful property maintenance business, serving North Norfolk’s Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Lynda believes Reform UK is the only common-sense party and supports the branch day to day operations as the Secretary

Realising the UK was headed for disaster, Jeremy Swan came out of semi-retirement and joined Reform UK as a campaign advisor.

In 2020, Jeremy Swan as CEO successfully led the sale of Cicero, the advisory firm he co-founded 20 years earlier and one of the UK’s leading financial services consultancies, to the French multinational Havas. Once fully integrated he left Cicero in March 2022. At the firm, apart from his CEO duties, he led the crypto and precious metals practice areas.

Prior to Cicero, Jeremy gained his financial services experience in the City working 12 years at JPMorgan and Citibank. He spent four years as an elected London Conservative Councillor and is an active Fintech investor.

Trevor is a former Police Sergeant, then became a successful entrepreneur and business owner along with his wife Karen. They retired to Spain, returning before the worldwide lockdown to help look after Karen’s elderly and ailing parents.

They now devotes their time to helping Reform North Norfolk with their online presence and training of prospective candidates and canvassers, seeing this as a way of supporting the party using the experience they have gained, as the country heads towards the 2029 General Election.
