Vote on Branch Officers

To be eligible to attend and vote at any SGM, a member must be in good standing, at least eighteen (18) years of age and full paid-up Membership must have been held for at least ninety (90) days prior to the date that notice of the meeting is given.

To be eligible to stand for a role on the Branch Management Committee, a member must be in good standing, at least eighteen (18) years of age and full paid-up Membership must have been held for at least one hundred and eighty-three (183) days prior to the date that notice of the Meeting is given. Their nomination must be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up Members in good standing who satisfy the criteria for attendance and voting eligibility at the relevant Meeting.

The above will be verified either prior to the meeting or on the night. To assist with this, please ensure you RSVP, to the email you will have received from from Branch Chair, indicating whether you will be attending the meeting. If you are a Young Member who is eligible to attend and vote, please make sure you bring ID to verify your age.

The Nomination Period will be open for four (4) days from the date of initial Notice; therefore, no nominations will be accepted after 5pm on 17/10/2025.

If you have submitted a nomination paper, you can request verification of the nomination by email to ch****************@******uk.com. Please do this immediately upon submission of the nomination paper.

Your attendance is essential as we are required to satisfy a quorum for the Inaugural SGM to be valid.
